MLK Metrowest Service Day

Make January 21st a Day On, Not a Day Off

We’re partnering with TELEM and the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC), along with many community partners, to offer another great opportunity for tikkun olam (repairing the world) in our Metrowest communities.

logoJoin other Metrowest pre-teens and teens as we prepare dozens of lasagnas and desserts for local shelters. The day will include lunch, ice breakers, and an opportunity to make a difference. No previous cooking experience or synagogue affiliation are required. Participants will also have the opportunity to paint “Stars of Hope” – brightly painted wooden stars with messages of hope and love – which help communities heal through the power of art and unity. We are looking for pre-teen, teen, and parent volunteers!
